Here at VanessaHammond.com my aim is for you to find the therapy that most suits you. You will be given the time and space to consider your concerns and then the choice to explore them in sessions of either counselling or hypnotherapy. The important first step is to be considering doing something about those troublesome issues so that you can reduce the impact they have on your life. By facing your issues and talking about them, you can reduce their intensity and live more comfortably.
With Hypnotherapy you can...
Break free of troublesome behaviours, habits and phobias
Overcome poor eating habits and lose weight naturally
Increase confidence at work and in your social life
Improve academic and sporting performance
Have that final cigarette
With Coaching you can...
Move towards improved wellbeing and happiness
Review your life, your values and your priorities
Find the motivation to push yourself into action
Fulfil your potential
Define success and what that means for you
With Counselling you can...
Explore feelings of anger, anxiety, vulnerability, depression or stress
Make sense of your life, its meaning and your identity
Take time to explore addictions and habits
Take time to heal following past abuse
Grieve for losses in your life
