My practice is grounded in the Person-Centred Approach. This approach requires being authentic and real with you. I will listen deeply and reflectively with care, respect and empathic connection. Through the affirming and valuing of your internal experience, your past and present realities, and the various aspects of your personality, you will find a true sense of self acceptance.

The person-centred approach means we will be working with the feelings you express, and we’ll focus on how you are relating to those feelings inside of
you. This is counselling.

Coaching Approach

Alternatively, a coaching approach would help you pin down exactly what you need and want. What is already working? What could you be doing differently? What will be helpful and hopeful?

Pluralistic Style

With a pluralistic style, we will tailor our work to suit you. We will regularly discuss what you want and how to get there. I will integrate counselling and coaching and other approaches that might suit your needs.
